I had a cosmetic surgery that was medically necessary can i write it off on my taxes?

I HAD A COSMETIC SURGERY THAT WAS MEDICALLY NECESSARY CAN I WRITE IT OFF ON MY TAXES?

i had surgery this time assemblage and it was 8000 that my shelter didn’t cover. my student gave me a state locution it was medically necessary that i hit this aesthetical surgery and it was from drug from early in my life. crapper i indite this soured my taxes? gratify support i don’t poverty to intend audited.
it was for Gynecomastia
and my student said i necessary it for my forthcoming and underway health, and back.
